From the top layer, which is in contact with the skin, to the outer layer, the materials are as follows: cotton, polyamide and polyester, polyester and polyurethane, and cotton and elastane. The main material is cotton (93%) with 7% elastane. The lining is 100% cotton. DIM PROTECT menstrual panties are tested by independent laboratories to ensure they meet applicable safety standards. Each material is regularly monitored and tested, with quality checks conducted by our team during production and before shipment. Its absorbency is equivalent to 3 regular-absorbency tampons, and it also has extended coverage to protect the back area of the panties. You can wear Dim Protect menstrual panties for up to 12 hours, day or night, depending on your cycle and flow. We suggest trying the panties at home to determine which absorbency level suits you best.

As with all underwear, we recommend washing your DIM PROTECT menstrual panties before using them for the first time.

Our Dim Protect menstrual panties are designed and tested for blood absorption. Leakage related to incontinence is quite different from menstrual flow. However, the high-flow Dim Protect panty can offer some peace of mind in cases of light urinary leakage.
